Norway: The 30-year-old is charged with recruiting for Daesh and for threatening a witness.

It’s clear that Ubaydullah Hussain will be detained for four weeks with¬†restraining as¬†PST crave. However, they are not successful in that he must be isolated for two weeks.

(Dagbladet): – We will covet detention for four weeks, because of the risk of destruction of evidence, said police lawyer Per Niklas Hafsmo the Police Security Service (PST) to Dagbladet.

– He is charged with having recruited people to Daesh. Furthermore, he is charged with having tried to influence a witness in the case of threats, said police lawyer.

– It is particularly after an incident this weekend, when a witness felt threatened, we see that it is absolutely necessary to imprison him, he elaborates.

Denies guilt
Hafsmo reports that the arrest took place without drama. He also states that the 30-year-old will not cooperate with police.
